CD Auto Play

Hi. When inserting a music CD it does not start playing or appear under the music menu. It also does not initiate an auto 'rip'. How do I get this working please?

Hi Rockstar. The answer to this dilemma is the same as the one given for the DVD. Please refer to this post for information on how to re-enable the auto play function.

Ripping the CD is usually triggered by using the remote - select the RIP CD option when the CD starts playing. If you have an internet connection it will then also download the cover (if it knows the album) and name the tracks.
